Those who know about Liam Kyle Sullivan must remember the34 year olds several guest appearances, but the American comedian and actor, this time, rose above the image big time that he portrayed through the several other TV programs including Gilmore Girls, 8 Simple Rules and Alias and the rest of his internet videos.

Shoes portray Liam Kyle Sullivan as Kelly for the music video, a mockery on young girls and their frenzies of fashion. The storyline centers around Kelly, desperate for buying some special shoes on a backdrop of techno and electroclash music. The video also features several other actors and comedians; however, Sullivan makes up for Kelly, her father and her twin brother, Chris.

The music video for the song Shoes was spotlighted by comedian Margaret Cho. This made the Sullivan video become a fast and widespread phenomenon, earning over 19 million hits at YouTube. The Press was after Sullivan within no time.

February 15, 2007 and Shoes, though a very heavily edited one, was shown on MTV's Total Request Live. However, this made the video shorter than a minute and devoid of any lyrics other than - These shoes are $300, these shoes are $300, these shoes are 300 f****** dollars. Let's get 'em! But it did grant Sullivan an entry into the Dresden Dolls song - Shores of California video.
